Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth have officially resumed their engagement, according to a new report from E! Online. In the same report, E! also confirms that Miley is, indeed, wearing the ring she and Liam designed in 2012. It's been a rumor-filled few weeks for the couple; they first sparked reconciliation rumors after spending New Year's together, and most recently, Miley stepped out sporting that familiar band on her ring finger, spurring more reports that she and Liam were back together.
